The tree gives twice
Cretan olive trees are never felled for our work. We collect wood only from seasonal pruning and from trees that have ended their fruiting life — some after three or four centuries of harvests.
The wood rests and dries for up to two years before it is shaped, sanded through five grits, and sealed with nothing but Cretan olive oil. What reaches your kitchen is dense, naturally antibacterial, and marked with a grain no machine could repeat.
